Club Presidents, Team Contacts, and Coaches, Please note that APRIL 18th at 3 pm is the Final Roster Lock Deadline for Volleyball Alberta Provincials. Any Team Staff listed on a specific roster, should log into their VRS account to double check that the roster is correct prior to this date/time. Please ensure the uniform numbers and player positions are entered too as this information will be used for the program for Volleyball Canada Nationals. For more information on how to do this – please refer to our How to Edit Your Roster Guide Volleyball Alberta Provincials Rosters will be provided to Volleyball Canada for Nationals. However, Volleyball Alberta allows athletes to appear on more than one provincial roster (for competitions that take place on different weekends). As 2018 is a festival year, players can only appear on one roster (age category) during the 2018 VC Nationals. Clubs that have athletes appearing on more than one Provincial roster will have to inform us which roster the athlete will be competing on for Nationals. Please email Derek Hemsley at
