First Course Ceviche Fresh fish marinated and chilled in freshly squeezed lime juice with chopped tomato, avocado, red onion and fresh cilantro.

Beer Cheese & Crab Soup (Add $3 for a bowl)

Goat Slider Our signature slow roasted Goat meat topped with a salsa verde, fresh cilantro and crumbled goat cheese on a potato slider bun.

Truffle Macaroni & Cheese Cavatappi pasta with aged white cheddar and asiago cheese mixed with black truffles, and topped with panko bread crumbs then baked until hot and heavenly.

Second Course Fish Tacos Fresh Grouper lightly blackened with a Tropical Kiwi Pico de Gallo, shredded cabbage, and Mango remoulade in flour and corn tortillas. Accompanied with a fresh arugula salad with tomatoes, red onions and house sweet & sour dressing. (Add a third taco for $3.50)

Vegetable Hummus Wrap Fresh seasonal vegetables and edamame hummus wrapped in a spinach tortilla and served with a cold quinoa salad. (Add chicken for $5)

Chicken Taco Salad A crispy taco bowl with blackened Ashley Farms chicken breast, Tropical kiwi Pico de Gallo, lettuce, Queso Fresco and drizzled with a Mango remoulade. Served with a side of black bean salsa.

Seafood Au Gratin Shrimp, scallops, and blue crab meat topped with a white wine and cheddar cheese sauce and sprinkled with bread crumbs then baked to perfection. Served with Cuban rice and a fresh Farlow’s petit roll.

Salad Trio Scoops of our Cranberry Chicken Salad, cold Quinoa Salad, and St. Croix Crab Salad, served on a bed of romaine & artisan lettuce, with our house sweet & sour vinaigrette and homemade crackers.

Second Course Pretzel Encrusted Pork Tenderloin Pretzel encrusted pork tenderloin placed over an edamame hummus and drizzled with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce, served with seasonal vegetables.

Potato Encrusted Triggerfish Fresh Caribbean Triggerfish encrusted with our special potato and herbs then sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, placed atop mashed cauliflower and a side of seasonal vegetables.

Royal Harbor Beef Wellington Our Certified Angus Filet Mignon cut in strips, sautéed medium to medium rare, with Shitake and Portabella mushrooms, then combined with a hint of herbs, Blue Cheese and white wine, wrapped in our special puffed pastry. Drizzled with our special demi-glaze and served atop mashed cauliflower.

Barbados Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with sweet piquanté peppers, and shitake mushrooms in a light creamy white wine sauce. Served with red skin garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
