Whether it’s a Minty Mother’s Day Mocha or a Matcha Mint Iced Tea that takes your fancy, this versatile flavour pairs perfectly with hot or cold drinks to deliver customers a cool mint kick. Keeping it simple

Mmmint Hot Chocolate

Peppermint Peach soothie™

- 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 1 scoop Zuma Original Hot Chocolate - Steamed milk

- 50ml Peach Smoothie - 1 Cosy Peppermint Tea Bag - Hot water - Mint sprig (for garnish)

Add hot chocolate, syrup and a splash of hot water to cup and mix into a paste. Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour. Dust using Zuma Original Cocoa Shaker and serve.

All recipes 12oz drinks

Add teabag to cup then top ¾ full with hot water. Brew for 3 minutes, remove tea bag then add the smoothie. Stir well and serve with a fresh mint leaf garnish.

Chocolate mint Latte

Cucumber & Mint ICed Tea

- 2 pumps Chocolate Mint Syrup - Double espresso - Steamed milk

- 4 pumps Cucumber & Mint Iced Tea Syrup - Water - Ice

Add syrup and espresso to cup then top with steamed milk.

Add syrup to cup and top ¾ full with water. Stir then add ice cubes to fill.

Mix it up with Mint Mint snowball

extra minty mojito

- 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 3 pumps Zuma White Chocolate Sauce - Steamed milk

- 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 1 pump Lime Syrup - 2 shots white rum - Soda water - Crushed ice - 4 lime wedges - Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Add sauce and syrup to cup and mix together. Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour and serve.

Minty mother’s day mocha - 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 1 scoop Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate - Double espresso - Steamed milk - Whipped cream - Mint crisp (optional) Add syrup, hot chocolate and double espresso to cup and mix into a paste. Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour. Add fresh whipped cream and, if you want to really make someone’s Mother’s Day, finish with a dusting of cocoa and a mint crisp on the side.

Muddle the limes with the syrup in a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice and add the rum. Stir and top with the water. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.

MAtcha Mint iced tea - 3 pumps Mint Syrup - ½ tsp Cosy Matcha - Water & ice Add matcha to 30ml warm water and whisk well. Half fill cup with ice then add the matcha and syrup. Top with water, stir well and serve. Garnish with fresh mint if preferred.

ultimate Mint mocha Frappé - 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 1 scoop Zuma Mocha Frappé - Zuma Chocolate Sauce - Whipped cream - Mint sprig (optional) - Milk - Ice

Fill cup with ice and top with milk. Add to blender jar with frappé and syrup then blend until smooth. Pour back into cup and finish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and a fresh mint sprig.

Pull out all the stops... Avocado & lemon Yogurt Frappé

Shaken mint espresso

- Lemon Smoothie - 2 pumps Mint Syrup - 1 scoop Zuma Yogurt Frappé - ½ sliced avocado - Milk & ice

- 2 pumps Mint Syrup - Double espresso - Condensed milk - 40ml water & ice - Mint sprig (for garnish)

Fill cup with ice then add smoothie to half full. Add syrup then top with milk. Pour into blender with the avocado and frappé powder and blend until smooth. Pour back into cup to serve.

Fill cup with ice then add condensed milk to a third full. Separately, mix espresso with water and syrup. Add all to cocktail shaker and shake well until mixed. Pour into cup to and garnish with fresh mint.
