Co-Chair search

*Next Steps for non-responders to membership application.

Come up with the “what if” or “opt out” if someone did not want to agree. No one has to sign it but there should be some consequence if they don’t agree. Otherwise it is meaningless. It is their responsibility to check in on the website for update documents and review. If there is anything the really need from us we can mail to them – Like membership update. We should also encourage them to have a “substitute or friend” email. Cathy Robinson-Pickett sole nomination.

Can participate, but as an info only (non-voting) participant and not able to chair committee of FHAAN.

What are our next steps to have remaining member prospects sign-on?

March: Table/sign/laptops at Poz Living general sessions and Friday 3/11 3:45-4:45pm one of 4 parallel sessions on FHAAN. Continue to do at all 2011 events. Ted to send info from Gmail account (so AOL subscribers don’t lose it in spam). Ask all recipients to forward to their contacts. April: Review pending people list at April 6th membership cmte call. Send list with names and phones and email to cmte. To contact those they know.

Snail-Mail calendar and call info to them. They can ask for items in the call (agenda, minutes, forms).
