TAP Series On-line Food Safety Training and the ServSafe® Certification Test If you are a convenience store operator, manager or food handler wishing to minimize employee time spent "out of production," this on-line training program was developed to allow those taking it as much time as needed to complete the course. The course contains video, audio and interactive learning opportunities, as well as, text and narration that are delivered in both English and Spanish. The certification applicant may sit for their test in any NACS or participating test session. The course includes the On-line Training CDs, and ServSafe exam. This 2-CD set requires internet access. TIPS, Responsible Alcohol Management Training This 4-hour class is designed to quickly teach the fundamentals of Alcohol management training is designed to teach servers, sellers and licensees of alcohol to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking. The right training could save your business and, more importantly, save lives! This program is complete when participants take a 40 question final exam the end of the 4 hour training session under the supervision of one of our instructors.
