SEARCH CRITERIA While geographic and other criteria are not required to do a search here, it may be of value for you to narrow your criteria so that your search results will include only that detail that is important to you. To target a specific location, type in an address or geography in the Location bar or use one of the Filters here. For more on the map search, see our user guide entitled, “Making Sense of the Map Search in CoStar.”

As you enter or remove criteria, the count of records will change here.

In this top section, you can enter a specific space use (which may be different than the property type). For example, retail space may exist in an office property. Enter other property attributes as desired including the available space in square feet (which is different than the overall property size – aka RBA).

Criteria limiting the asking rental rates can be entered here along with the corresponding service types (i.e. Full Service, NNN, etc.). These fields indicate how long a space has been on the market and for “Months to Delivery” – when the space will be available for occupancy.
