Go to the Transit Tunnel (on 9th and Pine) Take any bus at Bay “C” or “D” to International Tunnel Station Stop at the International Tunnel Station (5th and Jackson). Go up the escalator. Walk three blocks east or take the buses 7, 14, 36 to 8th and Jackson Walk to Four Seas Restaurant
