Proven track record working in busy digital marketing role for B2B organisations. Strong online marketing skills including online/offline SEO and online advertising. Experience managing social media, creating content and increasing followers. Previous experience working with CRM, CMS and social media management systems (e.g. Infusionsoft, Wordpress, Sprout Social etc). Experience in setting up and managing both brand awareness and lead generation online campaigns. Proven track record of using analytics tools e.g. Google analytics to measure website and campaigns performance in order to suggest and implement improvements. Strong creative and copywriting skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work. Confident in liaising with people at all levels. Team player but must be able to work independently and use own initiative. Commitment to pass basic financial industry exam within 3 months of employment (internal exam).

Job Summary:

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to work for a forward thinking financial services company. You will manage the digital marketing and social media across different divisions within the business as well as work on some offline activities. The business is keen to increase the digital activity for all brands, both organic and paid, and you will drive lead generation and brand awareness campaigns through digital channels, ensuring that SEO (online and offline), social media and content are optimised and delivering desired results. It’s essential that you build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, Partners, marketing colleagues and with compliance. Collaborate, communicate and co-ordinate to deliver high quality digital campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for driving forward marketing, client retention and engagement activities of our employee engagement and communication portal, Mybenefitsatwork. The portal was created to help our corporate clients to communicate the benefits they offer to employees in way that is easy to understand and engaging. It also features a financial education module and a module specially designed for clients who offer Share Plans to their employees. Ideally, you will be based in the Surrey office but for the right person, this role could be based in our London office. Regular travel between the two will be required.

Main Responsibilities The tasks involved in managing our employee engagement and communication portal, include: • • • • • • • • • • •

marketing planning to a budget; plan and implement engaging lead generation/brand awareness marketing campaigns using social media, digital platforms, e-marketing, webinars and events in line with the marketing strategy; support lead generation activities, report on results and ensure that leads are nurtured and followed up; suggest and execute client retention activities; ensure the marketing website is up to date and implement effective SEO; analyse the user experience and website performance in order to suggest improvements; write monthly blogs; make suggestions to improve the employee facing website we create for our clients; liaise with the design agency to create visually appealing assets for marketing campaigns, such as white papers, infographics, banners, images etc; update existing marketing collateral using design software (Adobe package) and create new ones when required; and organise and support PR initiatives. 2 of 3

As part of managing the digital marketing across the business, you will be required to: • • • • • • • • • •



manage ongoing development and maintenance of our websites and social media presence, including ways to improve our communication of our key messages, online and offline SEO and any other aspects of digital marketing; use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webmasters tool, Sprout Social etc) to measure, analyse and report websites performance, digital marketing campaigns and social media activity in order to recommend action and implement agreed changes; be confident in using CRM and various content management systems, including WordPress; research and write relevant regular content for social channels; create videos and animations for the websites, specific campaigns and social media; support Partners on the delivery of their own lead generation marketing efforts; ensure Partners and employees are compliant with the social media policy, by providing guidance and training when required; liaise with internal and external compliance departments, where appropriate, updating compliance logs where required with tasks undertaken; monitor competitors, regulatory, industry and economic environments in order to innovate and provide creative and fresh ideas to the team; support internal comms activity; and continue developing the company wide intranet with the support of our marketing assistant.
