DAY 6: Dordogne Following breakfast drive south toward the Dordogne region to arrive mid-afternoon in Sarlat – one of the most beautiful medieval villages of France. Check in to the Hotel de La Boetie a fine 4 * property in the town where you will stay for 4 nights. DAY 7: Dordogne TOUR - Lascaux II & the Art of the Caves - Full Day Highlights include entrance to Lascaux II and the Rouffignac cave. Day 10: on the way to Burgundy Following breakfast you disembark for a transfer to the nearest train station to board your 1st class TGV to Beaune in the heart of Burgundy’s famous wine region. Late afternoon check in at the luxury Le Cep Hotel in the middle of the town. Dinner has been booked at the L’oiseau des Vignes restaurant – a gastronomic experience like no other.
