• You can submit a form as often as you like for a monthly reimbursement, until the close of the program, January 31, 2012. • You can accumulate coupons and redeem all at once. • Sales completed by January 31, 2012 may be claimed through March, 2012.

4. Is there a limit on how many sinks I can submit for the $25.00 digital coupon?



There is no limit on the number you can submit. You need only provide the proper documentation, including: o sales invoice o salesperson’s name o model number o customer’s name o cost to consumer o verification of shipment or delivery

5. Can I use my digital coupon as a partial payment or on sale items on the e-Shop website?

• Yes, absolutely. All items on the website are eligible for purchase using the digital coupons. • The balance of your purchase will be figured minus the coupons and be charged to you.

6. How will the coupon amount be deducted from my purchase?

• The coupon amount will be taken off the total amount of the purchase, just as a gift card would be.

7. If there are other offers on the website, can these be combined with this offer?

• Yes! If there is a discount, this will be applied to your purchase after the coupon has been deducted from the total in your shopping cart.

8. How will I be contacted to receive my coupons?

• You must include your e.mail address on the claim form to enable delivery of your coupons. • Instructions for redemption will be provided in that e.mail attachment.

9. What about shipping?

• Shipping charges will be added to invoice. This will be handled through the website and handled separately from the coupon amount. • If there is an offer at the time of purchase for free shipping, you are also eligible for that offer.

10. Can I opt for cash instead of the digital coupon?

• No, that is not an option with this program.
