Domaine du Chardonnay operates a vineyard of 38 hectares. Only grapes harvested on the estate are vinified and aged in the winery. Every year, the Domaine tries to show the best of Chablis. Our philosophy is based on the ancestral respect for the vineyard, the grape and the wines. Every vintage is different, this is why we adjust our work on the winery or in the vineyard in order to show the best of each Vintage. The 2014 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, from 20 years old vines with a crop of 58 hectoliters per hectare, has an attractive apricot blossom and slate-scented bouquet that opens beautifully in the glass. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, admirable depth and with layers of finely tuned citrus fruit mixed with walnut and smoke on the finish. This is a fine addition to the canon of superb 2014s (Robert Parker 91points). Domaine de l’Audigère lies in the south-west of Nantes in the heart of the «Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine» appellation. On the 17th century, l’Audigère was a domaine of feudal lords and a court of law. It was also one of the Sévigné Family’s properties. It was composed of five vineyards covering 11 hecatares. Today, the vineyard extends to over 84 hectares. The subsoil is made of ancient soils of gabbro-type rock of the region. The wine is traditionally vinified and pressed with Busher pneumatic presses. Fermentation is temperature-controlled. The wine is matured in stainless steel vats and remains on the lees for at least six months. It is then bottled on the estate. L’Audigère produces wines of character, that are rich and pleasant. [email protected] www.terroirs-et-talents.fr

Terroirs et talents is a commercial association of several family Estates between Beaujolais and Mâconnais. The origins of the association is first and foremost a story of friendship between Hervé Dupond and Xavier Barbet. Their families have been present in the Beaujolais region since 1580 and 1711 respectively. In 2007, they came together and created the association. Gregory Barbet joined the project in 2015. Château de la Terriere is located in Cercie, facing the Mont Brouilly. It was bought by the Barbet family in 2003. In 2009, the quality of the grapes was superb and Frederic, the master craftman, decided to push the envelope further and created a «natural» batch with grapes from the area called « La Siberie» in the Regnié Appellation. This method of winemaking and ageing requires no addition of sulphites.

TerraVentoux was born in 2003 after the merger between two cooperatives at Mormoiron and Villes sur Auzon. Throughout the years, our knowledge and quality have become more accurate. Harvest selection on parcels, terroirs, vineyards age and grape varieties make wines with a wide range of taste and aromatic profiles. Vintage 2016 benefited from exceptional weather conditions. The grapes were therefore collected at their optimal maturity. The particularly dry conditions during summer allowed the vines to be in an excellent state, for the bays as well as for the foliage. 2016 looks very promising!
