Frequently Asked Questions for Students who had Cancelled Exams on April 14, 2018 or April 16, 2018 1. My exam on Saturday, April 14 and/or Monday, April 16 was cancelled. When will my rescheduled exam be held? Exams cancelled on Saturday April 14th at 2pm will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 7pm. Exams cancelled on Monday, April 16 at 9am will be held on Sunday, April 22 at 2pm. Exams cancelled on Monday, April 16 at 2pm will be held on Sunday, April 22 at 7pm. Rescheduled exams will be held in the original exam locations. http://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/registrar/examination-schedule 2. I have already booked travel and cannot attend my rescheduled exam date. What should I do? Students who can alter travel arrangements to ensure that they write their exams on the rescheduled date should do so. Any expenses associated with altering travel arrangements are the student’s responsibility. Students who are unable to alter their pre-existing travel arrangements can submit a petition, with the appropriate documentation, to verify their travel. The petition fee will be waived. Students will be contacted with alternate arrangements to write the exam. Students intending to graduate in June who cannot attend a rescheduled exam should also submit a petition. Each situation will be considered on an individual basis. Petitions can be submitted at http://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/registrar/submit-petition 3. My exam was rescheduled and now I have an exam conflict (exams in three consecutive timeslots). What should I do? The Office of the Registrar will contact students who have an exam conflict by email to adjust their exam schedule. Updated April 16, 2018

4. I was scheduled to write my exam with AccessAbility Services, but my April 14 or April 16 exam was cancelled. What happens now? Students writing with AccessAbility Services are not required to submit a rescheduling request. The service will proceed with scheduling accommodated exams based on the new exam schedule released by the Registrar’s office. Students will be required to check myAIMS for their new start time.
