The Promoter & Data Controller: Sodexo, Avalon House, Breckland, Milton Keynes MK14 6LD. The promotion is organised to promote the Cycle to Work Scheme. Eligibility: Any person who follows @sodexoengage, likes a bike competition post and tags a friend will be entered into a competition to win a A One Night Stay Collection from Virgin Experience Days, from a choice of 61 hotel locations for two with breakfast included
2. Promotion Period: The promotion opens to entries at 00:01BST on 13.08.2018 and closes at 23:59 BST on 27.08.18. 3. Prize Draw – All entrants that follow @sodexoengage, like a bike competition post and tags someone will be entered into the prize draw, to win a one night stay for 2 people from Virgin Experience Days 4. Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a prize draw whereby one winner will be selected from all valid entries at random under independent supervision. 5. Grand Prize Draw Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by Sodexo via direct message by 31st August. In the event that the Promoter does not receive any response within 7 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner’s prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner (selected in the same manner). The Promoter has the right to validate all prize claims and reject any claims not meeting all the terms and conditions as set out. 6. The Prize: A One Night Stay Collection from Virgin Experience Days, choose from 61 hotel locations for two with breakfast included Prizes are non-transferable and nonrefundable; no cash alternative is available; the Prize cannot be altered or amended; the winner must confirm that they can accept the prize within 7 days of receiving their winners notification; The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or
any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value if the prize or an element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 7. The promotor shall not be liable for any losses and damage (direct and indirect) suffered by the participant unless otherwise excluded by operation of law. 8. Participant in the Competition agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. 9.
