FYSPRT Program Coordinator (Family, Youth, System Partner, Round Table) Ad PAVE is committed to providing support, advocacy, training and informational resources to empower families and individuals with disabilities. Position Summary: The FYSPRT Program Coordinator is responsible for working with the Program Director and the Children Services Coordinator for the Salish Behavioral Health Organization (BHO) to coordinate and implement the FYSPRT contract deliverables for Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam Counties. Statewide FYSPRTs Mission: The Washington State Family, Youth and System Partner Round Tables provide a forum for families, youth, systems, and communities to strengthen sustainable resources by providing community-based approaches to address the individual behavioral health needs of children, youth and families. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; AA Degree or a combination of experience and employment that is commensurate with the responsibilities preferred • Proven ability with effective interpersonal communications, articulate public speaking and meeting facilitation skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel in Jefferson, Kitsap and Clallam Counties; resident of one of these counties preferred and attend trainings in the state • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse economic, ethnic and social backgrounds • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows applications and social media • Proven ability to convene, organize and coordinate meetings to achieve outcomes • Demonstrated ability to cultivate, support and engage in proactive partnerships • Valid Washington Driver’s License and proof of insurance • Pass a Background Check (DSHS/DDA Secretary’s List: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=388-113-0020)
