Mail to City Life Community Center Office, 1515 Fairview Ave., Missoula, MT 59801, or drop off at Southgate Mall Guest Services. Parent or guardian signatures are required for minors. The final registration deadline is June 12 at 9pm. A complete list of rules and a confirmation letter will be emailed to the Team Captain. To pick up your packet, your confirmation letter needs to be presented by a team member at Packet Pickup. Packet info will include time of first game and team t-shirts. All games will be played in the east Dillard’s parking lot at the Southgate Mall.

Open Elite is a competitive division for top players. Adult Recreation is for players who are just out to have fun. Grades 2-12 divisions will be determined by age of oldest player for next (Fall of 2017/2018) school year, based on sign-ups.
