GCC Support FAQ Top 8 Most Frequently Asked Questions

“I DON’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. I CAN’T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT.”

Click the Lost your password? button on the login screen and check your email

Click the link you received in the email to reset the password.

Set a new password in the password reset window.

“HOW MANY COINS DO I HAVE?” You can check the amount of your coins and access them easily from your back office.

Go to My Office -> Quick Summary -> GCC Coins Account

“WHY CAN’T I TRANSFER MY COINS?” Some of your coins might be escrowed. Make sure that all of your coins are released.

Go to My Office -> Quick Summary -> GCC Coins Account where you can check the release date of your coins.

“HOW TO CHANGE MY PROFILE DETAILS?” Go to My Office -> Personal -> Profile

What can you change:

Address, phone number, gender, personal Facebook and Twitter links

What cannot be changed: Personal referral link, username, sponsor, name, email and date of birth If you need to change the restricted details, please contact support.

“WHAT IS KYC?” KYC is your personal documentation that helps us identify you. Where can I upload KYC documents? Go to My Office -> Personal -> Know Your Customer and upload all of the files listed below: • Photo of your ID or passport, • utility bill (electricity, gas, water, etc.) • bank statement

“WHY MY SINC POSITION HAS NOT CHANGED?”



Check the release date of your PCV points.

“WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED PAYOUT?” Before requesting payout make sure that: • Your KYC is approved (see number 5) • You have entered your bank details • You have provided Bitcoin wallet number (optional)* • You have uploaded BTC payout declaration form in KYC, if you request payouts with BTC* • You have uploaded Perfect Money payout declaration form in KYC, if you request payouts with Perfect Money* • You have requested payout before Monday noon – your payment will be realized within a week, before next Monday noon

“HOW TO CHANGE MATRIX POSITION AND MOVE MY DOWNLINE FROM UPPER / LOWER LEG?” You can only move a new downline from your upper or lower leg but you cannot change their position in the structure.
