About this consultation We are seeking views on the regulatory requirements we propose to put in place for new GCSEs in drama and new AS and A levels in drama and theatre. These new qualifications are due to be taught in England from September 2016. We do not repeat the policy proposals for these qualifications on which we consulted during 2014 or the options we considered when we did so. You can find the outcome of that consultation on our website,1 along with a summary of the responses to the consultations and our equality and regulatory impact assessments.
