GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE REPUBLIC OF LEBANON CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACULTY OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE CENTRAL PARKING IN PRESIDENT MICHEL SLEIMAN UNIVERSITY CAMPUS – NORTH LEBANON Financing No. 2LE0084 (IDB) The COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RECONSTRUCITON (CDR) as executing agency acting for and on behalf of GOVERNMENT OF LEBANON is applied for financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the construction of “the Faculty of Public Health and the Central Parking within President Michel Sleiman University Campus in North Lebanon”, and seeks interested Bidders to apply for the Works. The Works include the Construction of the Faculty of Public Health and the Central Parking at the President Michel Sleiman University Campus in North Lebanon .The Works comprise but are not limited to the following: -

Civil works for substructure and superstructure premises of the Faculty, with all associated electrical, mechanical and finishes works, together with various fixed furniture in a number of spaces within the Faculty. Civil works for substructure premises of the Central Parking including the Agora, with all associated electrical, mechanical and finishes works.

Procurement of Contracts will be conducted in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Guidelines Specific procurement notices for civil works contracts to be bid under the Islamic Development Bank’s (IDB) International Competitive Bidding limited, to IDB member countries, procedures, will be announced, as they become available, at IDB website and in other mass media.
