Who is considered an “Authorized Seller”?   

Seller must make products from Wood, Bamboo or Contains Wood, Bamboo by-products (fiber) Seller who has read and accepted The Wood Temple LLC Terms and Conditions Seller who has provided their business details

Photography requirements The success of Wood Temple as the place for “Quality Wood-Inspired Products” depends on your help! We need you to meet strict, photography and product descriptions so we can all have an awesome reputation.

High Resolution Pictures of your product from various angles Pictures of any color variations or modifications possible Pictures of product accessories (if included) No text or marketing material on the photos

Product Description Requirements  

Make sure to fill out all information in complete detail per product listing: Please note that all products, pictures, and text is subject to approval before being uploaded to The Wood Temple Marketplace

PRODUCT TITLE: Your product title should be clear, concise and either describes what the product is or can do. This is also a place for you to pick keywords based on what consumers are searching for. PRODUCT FEATURES: This is where you describe what your product can do. All the features of what your product should be laid out in a concise format. QUALITY OF WOOD: Many customers care about the quality of the wood type, construction style, finishing, as well as other important details. This is where you get to include such details for your customers. SHIPPING OPTION: There should be a clear description on every product which states the region/regions you can ship it to. DELIVERY SPEED: Please note in order to participate in Wood Temple you must meet Standard delivery speeds at a minimum (3-7 business days). We also recommend you offer overnight or 2 days select if available from your location. DELIVERY VARIATIONS: This is where you can put if the product can be customized or modified in any way for your customers. Customization creates a great competitive advantage! WARRANTY: We recommend you offer your customers the best warranty possible. By offering a strong warranty, you can not only create confidence in your brand but you also separate yourself from the competition in a big way that is important for customers!

Customer Service Policies Wood Temple offers a 30-day return policy to all of its buyers as a default policy, you are welcome to add in your own return/exchange policy via your sellers landing page. Customers will be able to return products under many pretenses and all returns will be subject to our approval. Should a customer request an RMA for one of your products you will be contacted for a resolution. Customers can communicate with Wood Temple by lodging a ticket, sending an email, or reaching out via social media. Once a customer has made contact a response is usually given within 24-48 hours.

Return reasons are as follow       

Shipping Policy We prefer products to be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and ensure customers that products will arrive within 5-7 business days from time of purchase (this time-frame includes processing). Upon shipment of your product, a tracking number should be provided. If your product must undergo modifications or customization that will delay shipment this should be noted in your product description, this also goes for products that will need to ship via a non-traditional method due to restrictions such as weight or size. Before being placed in a box or envelope for shipment your product should be well secured and wrapped in bubble wrap or another similar protective material to avoid any kind of damage that will result in a return from the customer's end. The shipment box/envelope used should be in good condition free from any defects that may cause the product to become damaged during transit. Within each order, you should include a printed invoice. Invoice details can be customized via your seller’s back-end.

Creating your Account Along with this guide, you should have received an email containing a link to your seller account. Your seller account is broken down into four parts 

Configuration In the configuration section, you will be able to set the shipping cost for each weight range of your products and the information that will be given on your invoices. Products From this menu, you will be able to add your products to our back-end for approval. Orders In the orders tab, you will be able to view money received and current order listings. You will be able to upload tracking information via the order listings. Profile This is the most important tab of all. In this tab, you will be able to create your seller account this operates as your brand page on the Wood Temple platform. Customers will be able to see a variety of details about your company from this page and submit feedback about your brand or your products. It’s essential that you use high-quality pictures and represent your brand with integrity. In the Profile section, you will also be able to input how you receive payments. Currently, the only method that we have set up is PayPal, with every purchase that has been shipped you will receive your profit minus Wood Temple’s commission. We are sincerely excited to see you get started with your new Sellers Account on the Wood Temple marketplace!
