Getting To Know You I believe that true collaboration only occurs within teams and organisations when individuals understand each other’s personalities and communication preferences. Once we have that knowledge we fully accept others for who they are, which in turn will allow us to practice empathy and build relationships that increase engagement and lift performance.

For Individuals By using the Clarity4D® tool, individuals are provided with a snapshot who they are at that moment in their life. It provides an opportunity to discuss the options they have in terms of their behaviours - those they have now, those they wish to develop, and others they may wish to minimise or discard.

For Teams The colour energies, offer an easy language to describe how employees interact with each and they can modify their behaviours when confronted by different types of people and varying situations. The team profile also provides leaders with an assessment of which personality types they lack, so that they can truly hire for cultural fit.

About Colin D Ellis Colin runs his own practice and helps organisations around the world improve their leadership and culture building capability. He is the author of The Conscious Project Leader and co-founder of performance feedback tool ProjectNPS. He regularly speaks at conferences and corporates on the need for change in the project management world.

Who Should Do This Program? This program is suitable for all teams, regardless of skill set or familiarity who are looking to enhance their knowledge of each other and build teams of distinction. The total cost of the program is AUD$11,500 + GST*  and caters for a maximum of 18 people.
