Show: Sun City Showcase-Gift & Gourmet Marketplace Location: Sunland Park Mall, I-10 at Sunland Park Dr. Dates & Times: May 5-6, 2018 Saturday, 10am-9pm Sunday, noon-6pm Deadlines: Signed contract and payment must be received by April 1, 2018. (see Vendor Contract for address and payments methods) Marketplace information: 1. Booth spaces will be assigned prior to opening and will be determined based on date signed contract and payment received by Sun City Showcase. Every effort will be made to place vendors in appropriate spaces given their product categories, and similar vendors products in attendance. There will be a limit to the number of vendors accepted per category, but there is no guarantee of exclusive vendor product lines. 2. Booth spaces are 10’ wide with varying depths, depending on location. 3. Tables and chairs are NOT provided. All displays are the responsibility of the vendor. Any tables used must be shirted or covered to the floor, in black. Plastic or cloth is acceptable. 4. Electricity is available but limited. Please note on the Vendor Contract if you need electricity and every effort will be made to place your booth appropriately. Extension cords are NOT provided. Vendor will be notified as to electrical availability. 5. Booths must be attended at all times during show hours. Booths may not be broken down until after show closes. Anyone leaving the show before closing will not be accepted to any future Sun City Showcase event. No pets (except for certified service animals), smoking or alcohol is allowed. 6. Disclaimer: Booth space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis (see #1 above). 7. Sunland Park Mall and/or Sun City Showcase are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen merchandise during this event. Security will be provided by Sunland Park Mall. 8. Advertising will be provided by Sunland Park Mall and Sun City Showcase via Facebook and other social media sites, websites, and in-mall posters. Postcards are available (upon request) for vendors to pass out or mail to their customers. Vendors are encouraged to use their own social media accounts to publicize this event as well as “word of mouth” to family and friends. 9.
