butter and crust mix until thoroughly combined, and large crumbs form. Press crumbs into bottom of pan and 1/2" up sides of pan.

bars for 20-22 minutes or until filling is set in center when pan is shaken. Cool bars for 1 hour at room temperature, then at least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator before cutting. If desired, dust with powdered sugar immediately before serving.
