Terms and conditions 1. 2.

The appointment to the post at s.no. 1 to 4 will be governed under the Residency Scheme. The appointment to the post at s.no. 5 & 6 is purely on contract basis, initially for a period of 11 months or till regular appointment is made through DSSB whichever is earlier. This will not vest any right to claim for regular appointment in the hospital or for continued contractual appointment. 3. The prescribed qualifications are minimum and possessing of same does not entitle any candidate for selection. 4. A consolidated remuneration as mentioned for the post at Sl No. 5 & 6 will be paid for each completed calendar month and will remain same for the entire contract period. For a period of less than one month; the payment will be made on pro-rata basis, as applicable on the date of commencement of the contract. No other service benefits or allowances are admissible. 5. The contractual engagement is purely on temporary basis and it can be terminated by the Employer during the period of the contract without assigning any reason or giving any notice. 6. The employee shall have to give one month notice or deposit an amount equal to one month remuneration if he/she wishes to terminate the contract immediately. 7. Leave entitlement will be (2 ½) two and half days accrued leave for each completed calendar month and leave can be accumulated for the period not more than 03 months. No other leave will be admissible. 8. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC will be as per rules. 9. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be given as admissible as per rules. Candidates seeking benefits of reservation under these categories should produce the relevant certificates (issued before the date of submission of application) issued by competent Authority. In case of OBCs, the OBC certificate should be issued by Competent Authority of GNCT of Delhi. 10. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. 11. Lab Asstt. shall be performing Phlebotomist duties and responsibilities. 12. The application form in the prescribed performa can be typed/hand written along with attested photocopies of all relevant documents & one passport size photo to be submitted in the office of

Medical Superintendent at above mentioned address on or before the closing date along with the prescribed fee of Rs 200/- for UR & OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Dean MAMC-cum-Director CNBC payable at Delhi/New Delhi. 13. In case the candidate is already employed, he/she should submit the NOC from his/her present employer. 14. The candidates should not have been convicted by any court of law. 15. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post. 16. If any declaration/information furnished is found false or any material/fact suppressed willfully the contractual appointment will be terminated forth with. 17. The decision of the selection board regarding selection of the candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard. 18. In case of any dispute the legal jurisdiction will be Delhi only. 19. The candidates while appearing for interview will produce all original documents along with one number of attested photocopies of all testimonial/certificates and one passport size photograph. 20. The last date for receipt of application is 25.11.2010 till 04.00 p.m. 21. No application received after due date will be entertained. Hospital has no responsibility in postal delay. 22.
