Why did you choose Alderley? Through my own research I discovered Alderley and what attracted me to apply for the graduate programme was the fact that Alderley are one of the leading suppliers of bespoke metering and water treatment packages and have a global presence with a cumulative wealth of experience and knowledge among the employees. I joined the Alderley graduate programme for many reasons including their keen focus on supporting us, the graduates, in achieving chartership.

What benefits would you highlight to new applicants? There is no single best benefit which I would highlight but there are many. These revolve around excellent employee support, international travel, exposure to all facets of the organisation, structured career development and excellent employee benefits.

What has been your experience of the programme to date? The programme has been painstakingly tailored in such a way that each placement fulfils a certain criteria required to achieve chartership. Alongside this, we have a dedicated mentor and excellent HR support who are always willing to provide us with their time and resources so that we are able to gain the experience required.

“The programme has been painstakingly tailored in such a way that each placement fulfils a certain criteria required to achieve chartership.” During my time here, I have been working with the proposals team and have assisted in the promotion of Chemical Engineering as a career choice at a local schools careers fair.
