We also offer packaged design details, so that your branding can remain consistent across all products. Once you have selected your design product and paid for to commence give us the details and directions as you would like to give our team. Whether you already have a full design concept in mind or you would prefer to let our design team handle the rest. Our designers always work hard to get it right the first time, but sometimes it ends up having changes. If this is the case, we are happy to make revisions until you are 110% happy with your design! If your project list revision restrictions please see fine details on project. Revision cost will be defined in the scope of work. Every design project is different. A postcard can take significantly less time to design than a 36 page booklet. We normally allow up to 2-3 business days before the first proof on smaller jobs and 5-7 business days on larger projects. Our designers always try to complete every design order as quickly as possible, but if you have a rush design project please let us know for expedited pricing.

All work is carried out by 3kpmarketing on the understanding that the client has agreed to the 3kpmarketing terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy and Fees Cancellation of jobs must be made over the phone with the designer assigned to your project. We cannot accept cancellation of any orders through email or voicemail. If an order has been approved and sent to press then it cannot be cancelled and must be paid in full. Orders that are still in our design queue, and not approved for production, may be cancelled on a case by case basis. Please call the designer assigned to your project to discuss cancellation. Confidentiality Any Input Material or other information provided by the Customer which is so designated by the Customer shall be kept confidential by the Company, and all Output Material or other information provided by the Company which is so designated by the Company shall be kept confidential by the Customer; but the foregoing shall not apply to any Documents or other materials, data or other information which are public knowledge at the time when they are so provided by either party, and shall cease to apply if at any future time they become public knowledge through no fault of the other party.
