Aqua-Robics A low impact aerobics class performed in water ranging from 3.5 to 4.5 feet in depth, consisting of water exercise using noodles, water dumbbells, kickboards and other water resistance props. Aqua-Yoga Combines the cardio vascular benefits of aqua aerobics with the breathing, stretching, balancing and alignment principles of yoga in a noncompetitive environment. Gentle Aqua-Robics is open to participants with arthritis or other joint issues. The class includes range of motion, toning, cardio and stretching and allows participants to move at their own pace.

F.I.T Bootcamp (H.I.I.T)

“Functional Integrated Training!” This class is in station format based around core strength & H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training.) It will get your heart rate pumping by working in different planes of motion, help you lose inches around the midsection, gain strength and lose weight!

Barre Above

Using a bar will give you a sense of center and balance which will allow the isolation of individual muscle groups. Focusing on the glutes, thighs, torso and arms to sculpt and elongated the body. The Barre workout is the ultimate long and lean total - body strengthen workout. You will incorporate elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet with some light cardio benefits for an excellent total body workout. Intro to Barre: Slower paced Barre class for those just starting out.

Boot Camp This high intensity class incorporates physical agility drills and full body toning to challenge power, athletic training and speed by simulating sports specific movements.

Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active is a 20 20 20 class that will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance, core and flexibility.

Joints in Motion

This exercise class is specifically for people with arthritis or any limiting joint issues. This low-impact workout to music includes gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion, muscle strength and stamina. Uses standing and chair exercises.

Kettlebell Blast

A high-intensity 30-minute cardio-infused strength workout that incorporates multimuscular movements using a kettlebell - an iron ball with a handle.

Pilates Mat

Throughout this class you develop sufficient core strength and bring back balance by strengthening your weak muscles and lengthening the strong ones.

Senior Sculpt

A full body workout utilizing weights, bands and balls that focuses on balance and flexibility. All ages are welcome.

Strictly Strength

This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We'll tackle "basic" resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles.
