GRUFFALO EASTER TREATS! The Gruffalo has been very busy making lots of Easter treats for the Gruffalo’s Child. Why don’t you try making some Easter treats too? This recipe is very easy to follow, but ask an adult to help you and make sure you don’t touch the hot saucepan! Makes 10 to 20 treats, depending on how big you make each one
Ingredients 3 crumbled Weetabix 100g chocolate Chocolate mini eggs Patty or muffin tin Paper cake or muffin cases 1. Place the paper cases in the muffin tin. 2. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and put them in a little plastic bowl. Place the bowl so it is bobbing in a saucepan containing boiling water. Gently stir the chocolate pieces until they have completely melted. 3. Stir in the crumbled Weetabix. 4. Put a spoonful of the mixture in each case and make them into nest shapes with a spoon. 5. Put two or three mini eggs in the middle of each nest. 6. Put your Gruffalo Easter treats in the fridge to set.
