PINA COLADA (Ramon ‘Monchito’ Marrero 1954) Retro’s take on the quintessential holiday cocktail said to be created in 1950s Puerto Rico. A refined version of an 80s favourite! 7 MAI TAI (Trader Vic Bergeron 1944) Trader Vic’s original has rightly become an iconic tiki drink the world over. A large measure of Bacardi 8 year old shaken with orange curaçao, fresh lime & orgeat syrup. ‘Mai Tai Roe Ae!’……’Out of this world, the best!’. 7 FLAMIN’ ZOMBIE (Donn the Beachcomber 1934) Perhaps the most infamous of all the classic 1930s tiki cocktails.
