Activities can be booked and paid for at The Forest Hub, or online at... awayresorts.co.uk/sandyballs-activities we advise booking as early as possible. To preserve our guest experience, activities have a maximum attendance. We do our best to provide a great programme for all, however popular activities can book up quickly. Some activities are subject to the Great British weather.

ACTIVITIES INFORMATION

Alpaca Introduction (30mins, Village Square Pen) - This is your chance to get up close and personal with one of the Sandy Balls alpacas for a 30 min introduction. Children under 8 yrs must be accompanied. Alpaca Walk (60mins, Village Square Pen) - A guided walk with 1-4 of our Alpacas through the forest. Bring the whole family as the price is per Alpaca, children under 8 yrs must be accompanied. Archery (60mins, Archery Range) - Will you hit the bullseye? See how good your aim is with target practice and tuition. Biscuits & Baskets (60mins, The Den) - Decorate your own biscuits with icing and yummy sweets, before making a basket to take them home in. Crazy Carts (15mins, Woodside Courtyard) - Drift and spin your way around our crazy enclosure in these powered, extremely fun & Easy to ride carts. Crazy Creatures (60mins, Woodside Suite) - Get up close and encounter amazing bugs, spiders, scorpions, lizards, snakes and much more! Dreamcatchers (60mins, The Den) - The dreamcatcher is believed to have the power to catch all of a persons dreams, trapping the bad ones and letting the good ones pass through. Craft your own dreamcatcher and protect your dreams. Easter Baskets (45mins, The Den) - Build your own little colourful basket to take away and fill with your treasures!

Easter Bonnets (30mins, The Den) - Get creative and make an Easter bonnet Egg Decorating (30mins, The Den) - Make your egg the most colourful! Hama Beads (60mins, The Den) - Create your very own Hama bead master piece with a variety of pegboards including shapes and animals or design your own, Hama beads are great holiday souvenirs to take away with you today! Laser Clay Shooting (30mins, River Field) - Come and try our Genuine deactivated over and under shotguns fire harmless infa red lasers to flying targets while a digital scoreboard records the hits and misses for all to see. Laser Tag (60mins, Farmhouse Field) - This will get the adrenalin flowing like nothing else. Fire specialised Blasters to get points! Little Artists (30mins, The Den) - Let your kids get messy with our Painting activity perfect for little ones! Mini Archery (30mins, Archery Range) - Let your little ones practice their skills to be Robin Hood with child friendly bow and arrow. Nerf Wars 6-9yrs/family sessions (60mins, Farmhouse Field) - Move in, on and around camps, nets, tunnels using your Nerf gun to shoot at your opponents in our Nerf arena. Guns, darts and goggles provided, full safety briefing given at the start of the hour. Families sessions have a minimum age of 6. Please be aware when booking onto the session of the risks to younger children. Adults may only book onto this session with a participating child. Planetarium (90mins, Woodside Suite) - learn about the solar system and take part in some space themed art then go through the tunnel and enter the inflatable planetarium of astronomer and former teacher Bob Mizon MBE who will begin his amazing planetarium show. Pond Dipping (60mins, Greenwood Pond) - Find pond creatures using nets. Discover and learn about our pond habitat and identify the wildlife. Children must be accompanied (FOC) Rainbow Run (45mins, The Leisure Centre) - Get wild on our new giant dual lane in-water inflatable! NOTE-: Kids must be aged 8-14, & be able to swim the equivalent of a width of the pool (9m) unaided in deep water (1.65m). Parents/

Guardians cannot be in the pool with the children. Sign In Registers (& consent forms for non-guests) must be filled out by a parent or guardian, so please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session. Children who are not signed in & on poolside by 14:00, may be refused entry due to health & safety reasons, so please, don’t be late! Tie Dye (30mins, The Den) - Get creative and tie-dye your own t-shirt with your very own design! Please note that you will need to return later to collect your shirt. Tots Egg Hunt (60mins, starts at Totem Pole) - Our Easter treasure hunt is packed with clues leading you around the park, work as a team to solve the clues and find the hidden Easter Eggs! hildren must be accompanied by an adult. Treasure Hunt (60mins, starts at Totem Pole) - Join us on this exciting hunt as we go around looking for treasure. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult. Wierd Science (90mins, starts at The Den) - Join our mad scientist who will, perform some crazy and amazing experiments, some that you can re-create at home. A really fun, educational and interactive hour. Woodland Survival (90mins, Greenwood) - Learn the basics of how to survive in dense woodland with limited materials, discover how to build a shelter to keep you warm and dry then learn how, with a basic survival tool, you can create one of the most essential lifesaving things - a fire. All participants must book a space on the session. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Zorb Games (45mins, starts at Chamberlain Field) - Climb inside the giant zorb bubble and run around like an invincible sphere! There’ll be all sorts of fun games while you are surrounded by this (some breaks will take place during the session outside of the Zorb for participants to regain your breath and continue in the following game. Please allow 10 minutes to walk down to the field before your session.

IMPORTANT SESSION INFORMATION - PLEASE READ We run open swimming sessions each day. For health & safety reasons we are limited to the number of guests per hour in the indoor pool. In busy periods our Leisure Centre may introduce a band system on the day to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy using the swimming pool. These sessions are for one hour, on the hour so please arrive at the Leisure Centre in plenty of time for the start (bands will be made available 15 minutes before the start of each session). Bands are given out on a first come, first served basis (maximum of 4 bands per person). A bands system will also be in effect for the outdoor pool for busy periods, bands given out every hour on the hour and lasting for two hours. Bands for the indoor pool will still be given out at quarter to each hour and last up until the end of the next hour. PRE-BOOKABLE FAMILY SWIM sessions: For just £1 per person (non-refundable) you can guarantee a time and date to enjoy our pool. Pre-bookable family swim sessions are available as detailed above. Book online at awayresorts.co.uk/sandyballs-activities. Pre-bookable bands are forfeited if you fail to turn up to collect them before 10 past the hour. OPEN FAMILY SWIM sessions: Open family swim sessions will be available at all other times. Sessions may be busy and entry is not guaranteed. Please note: The paddling pools and the Jacuzzi close prior to the main pool for cleaning.
