CAMERA POLICY Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the arena. However, professional camera equipment, camera bags or camera lenses exceeding 6” in length, monopods, tripods and video cameras are prohibited inside the arena. For the safety of all competitors NO flash photography is permitted in the arena. No personal video or camera equipment will be stored at the arena for pick up post-event. Any capture of images, still or motion, for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade or resale by patrons is prohibited. The recording of events and the public distribution without prior written permission is a violation of Southeastern Conference and University of Arkansas policies. CLEAR BAG POLICY

CONCESSIONS There is one concession stand located in the north lobby of Barnhill Arena and one stand located on the second floor on the south side of the arena. They offer a great menu for fans in 2018. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the Arena. DIRECTIONS TO BARNHILL ARENA The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 49 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) and 63 (Wedington Road). The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Martin Luther King Blvd. on the South. ADA seating is available on the south side of the competition floor in front of sections L & O. EVACUATION In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event staff will assist in directing fans to the appropriate exits. FAN CODE OF CONDUCT Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, studentathletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect. FIRST AID/EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE EMS personnel are available in the arena. They are located in the northwest corner of the arena in section A. An event staff member will be happy to assist you in accessing emergency personnel if needed. EVENT POLICIES Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the arena will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket privileges. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of security personnel, the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age, to enter the arena. Per SEC rules, no re-entry is permitted at any door. All permissible bags will be searched at the door upon entering Barnhill Arena (please refer to the prohibited items list for types of non-permissible bags). DOORS OPEN Doors open to Barnhill Arena one and one half hours (90 minutes) prior to the start of competition.

LOST CHILDREN Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation. LOST & FOUND After the event, all unclaimed items will be turned over to our Guest Services office located in Bud Walton Arena. Please contact Mark Scobey the following business day at 479-575-5152. MEDIA INQUIRIES Inquiries will be handled by Austin Miller in the Razorback Communications Office at 479-5752751. MERCHANDISE Hog Heaven – The Official Team Store for Razorback Athletics has two locations available during gymnastic meets. Merchandise stands are located in both the north lobby and the southeast upper lobby, behind section K, across from the concession stands. A portion of every purchase directly benefits Razorback Athletics. PARKING PUBLIC PARKING Public parking is very limited on campus prior to 5 p.m. on weekdays. However, parking is free in most lots after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Parking is available on the east side of lot #44 north of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on the corner of Maple and Stadium Drive. In lots 72 & 73 off of Razorback Road at Markham St. and in lots 74, 74A, 74 B & 74 C west of Razorback Road on Graham Ave. Please double check all signage upon entering any lot to insure that you are parked in an available lot and understand any conditions associated with parking in that area. RESERVED PARKING Certain parking lots are reserved on event days. Parking passes for Gymnastics meets at Barnhill Arena are available through the Razorback Foundation Priority Plan. For information about the Razorback Foundation, Inc., please go to www.razorbackfoundation.net. ADA PARKING Disability parking with a state-issued hang tag is available in Lots #45, #59, #67 and the Meadow Street Parking Garage. These lots are located adjacent to Barnhill Arena. Please display your ADA parking hangtag to the parking attendant for access to those lots.

RE-ENTRY POLICY Once a guest leaves the arena, they will not be permitted back inside. This is a University of Arkansas and Southeastern Conference Policy and applies to every ticket holder. Guests should plan accordingly and bring everything they need to the arena upon initial entry. SMOKING/TOBACCO FREE The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew may be used anywhere on campus. Additionally, this includes no exiting the arena for tobacco use outside the stadium. The offender will be removed from the arena and is subject to arrest. TICKET INFORMATION The Razorback Ticket Office is located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B. Free parking is available in the large lot north of the office. The Razorback Ticket Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for advance ticket sales. Fans can also order tickets by calling 479-575-5151 (local calls), 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or by ordering on-line at www.ArkansasRazorbacks.com. General admission ticket will be sold at both the north (accepts cash only) and south (accepts cash, debit and credit cards) entrances to Barnhill Arena beginning 90 minutes prior to the competition. WILL CALL Barnhill Arena will call is located inside the South entrance of Barnhill Arena. Photo identification must be presented in order to receive tickets. Will Call is available starting 90 minutes prior to the beginning of the meet.
