Resolved, That clause (2)(g)(5) of rule XI of the
2 Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by in3 serting after the second sentence the following new sen4 tence: ‘‘Witnesses appearing in a nongovernment capacity 5 shall also include a disclosure of the amount and source 6 of any money from foreign governments received during 7 the current fiscal year or either of the two previous fiscal
