Welcome! Thank you for choosing Lenovo Hardware Installation Services. We look forward to helping you through the installation process so you may obtain the most out of your investment. This checklist identifies items that must be addressed prior to installation. Here are a few important notes about the checklist:

Our goal is to make the installation process simple and efficient. Lenovo Project Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate final review of this document with the end customer and delivery partner Coordinate and facilitate kickoff meeting Document and distribute meeting notes/action items for all calls Create and distribute escalation and contact lists Conduct daily status meetings to proactively identify any issues that may arise in order to mitigate risk Facilitate any necessary change orders and administrative tasks Monitor project scope and expectations Identify and manage project risks Monitor the status and progress of the project and the quality of deliverables Communicate at regular intervals as agreed upon Act as the main point of contact to the end customer and delivery partner Ensure time lines, dependencies, budgets, and closure are met within the project lifecycle

Customer Responsibilities:

Ensure site readiness (equipment is onsite at specific location for installation) Designate customer contact details Provide safe access to the facility for the installation Provide network connectivity for installation validation Provide all equipment/components necessary for installation
