Making a complaint in six simple steps

Ombudsman Services if your complaint isn’t sorted in eight weeks or you get a deadlock letter, contact us.

Be prepared - know what outcome you want.

5 Escalate - look up the company’s complaints procedure online (or ask for it) and follow it.

Be patient - give the company a reasonable chance to sort it but don’t just let it drop.
