The Obama Troops Are Coming The Obamacare troops are coming. Obamacare supporters are recruiting sports teams, pharmacies and political ground operations to sign up people for Obamacare. They want to convince 30 million uninsured, hard to reach, skeptical Americans to join health plans starting in October of this year. Government agencies may be issuing ads. Some states plan town hall presentations, the use of celebrities, and even enrollment through pharmacies, where the uninsured can be found. Enroll America, founded by the liberal Families USA and run by former Obama staffers, is planning to send people door to door. Corralling the uninsured is the plan.
