Health Freedom Minute January 8, 2013

Federal Fishing in Private Data The National Counterterrorism Center has recently been given access to any file that any government agency has on any person to look for any possible criminal behavior. This includes medical records. A search warrant is not required. The government can now go fishing through your life using your data. Because of the stimulus and Obamacare, massive federal databases on citizens are being built, including the federal data services hub of the Obamacare exchange. In addition, doctors must use computerized medical records and send your data to the government or face penalties. The Counterterrorism Center keeps your data for five years to analyze your behavior. This violates the Fourth Amendment and deserves a lawsuit. “U.S. Terror Agency To Tap Citizen Files,” Julia Angwin, The Wall Street Journal, December 13, 2012.

Presented daily by Twila Brase, President, Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom. The Health Freedom Minute is now heard in 37 states: Mornings M-Th at AM1280 (The Patriot) in MN and 91.5 AM WHKC (FreedomFM) in OH, afternoons on American Family Radio, and daily on the Bott Radio Network.
