Hello! Rather than writing up a boring cover letter with a load of bs, I’m going to just dive right in and get right to the point. After 10 years as an accountant (all the while designing as a hobby), I returned to school to obtain a degree in Interactive Graphic Design to pursue a career that I am passionate about. I am now an award winning User Experience Web Designer at Parachute Media, where I oversee all web projects and manage our team of creatives. I design websites, hack code, implement SEO strategies, and build our client's sites with the user in mind. Dream job: Designing amazing, clean and intuitive, user experiences with engaging user interfaces for mobile devices and web applications. My ideal work environment is working with a team of like minded creatives where I have the ability to constantly learn and push my skills beyond anything I ever imagined. Specialties: Project management, user experience design, user interface design, prototyping, front-end web design, graphic design (print/digital), and a little sprinkle of SEO. Strengths: Extreme attention to detail, streamlining existing processes, finding out of the box solutions to problems, computer knowledge, multitasking, team collaboration, helping others, hunger for knowledge.
