Youth Mission Fundraiser
How it works... Do you need a helping hand at home or at work? Think about “hiring” a youth for the task! Included in this Helping Hands booklet are services that our youth would like to offer you, our congregation. These tasks range from yard work to babysitting to office help.
Why? This summer, 24 youth will head to Pottstown, PA, and Rutland, MA, for a mission trip that includes time at the Heifer Work Farm. We need funds to help us get there and need your help! Learn more about the Heifer Farm at: http://www.heifer.org/ visit/overlook-farm
Payment As payment for these tasks, we ask that you make a free-will donation directly to the church, with checks payable to WPC (memo line: “Youth Mission Fund”). Please do not pay the youth directly. If you choose to give a tip in addition to your free-will donation, that is at your discretion.
How to Hire To hire a youth for a service, please contact Taylor with the date, time, and type of service requested. She will arrange to have a youth come and help you.
