APPLICATION The USF Women in Leadership & Philanthropy (WLP) program is focused on engaging and educating its members in support of women and women’s initiatives throughout the USF System and in our communities. WLP was formed in 2005 with the leadership of USF System President Judy Genshaft and Tampa Bay’s leading philanthropists, business professionals and entrepreneurs to support a common purpose: promoting the educational and research endeavors of women throughout the university system. Members of WLP have opportunities to create bonds with students, faculty and each other and, in the process, help develop the next generation of women leaders.
