Hi-5 MEET AND GREET CONTEST 2015 (“Contest”)

Brief Description of the Contest
In collaboration with HSBC Bank Berhad, the Organiser will be giving out Twenty (20) passes to HSBC Bank Berhad cardholders to meet the members of Hi-5 on 14 December 10.30 am to 12.00 noon at Centre Court Mid Valley Megamall (“Meet & Greet Date”). Hi-5 Meet and Greet Contest 2015 is held to drive user generated content and interaction on Mid Valley Megamall’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/mymidvalleymegamall).

Eligibility Criteria of Contestants
The Contest is open to all Malaysians:(i) who are 18 years old and above as at 24 November 2015; and (ii) is a HSBC cardholder (principal or supplementary).
5.
Contest Period
The Contest shall be held from 12:00midnight of 24 November 2015 to 12:59pm of 7 December 2015. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time at its sole discretion without any notice whatsoever.
6.
Language of Contest
The Contest will be in the English language.
7.
Entry Procedure
Contestants are required to : create a video of less than 15 seconds of the Contestant’s and/or the Contestant’s children’s reaction if and when they meet Hi-5/towards Hi-5 programme; and post the video the Contestant’s facebook and :(i) tag @midvalleymegamall; (ii) hashtag #Hi5hsbc as the caption; (iii) set the video posting as ‘Public”; and send a Facebook Private Message to Mid Valley Megamall’s Facebook with the following details: o Contestant’s Name; o IC No: o Contestant’s Contact No; o Contestant’s Email; o HSBC Credit Card No: o Video Link. A Contestant may submit multiple entries during the Contest Period. However, a Contestant can only win once for the Contest Period. Any subsequent wins (if declared) will be automatically void.

8.
Entry Deadline
Entries must be received by the Organiser by 7 December 2015 12.59pm. Time is of essence and entries received after the stipulated time and date, shall be disqualified or be deemed ineligible. No queries or objections will be entertained.
9.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected by the Organiser based on creativity, relevancy and overall impression of the video. Decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding on the Contestants. The winners will be informed by the Organiser by way of:(i) Facebook Message (“Notification”); and/or (ii) Telephone call.
10.
Prize
Two (2) passes/per winner in the form of wristbands will be given to the Winners to meet the Hi-5 members on the Meet & Greet Date. Only persons with the wristbands on are allowed into the Event area. Children below 8 years old will need to be accompanied by parents to go into the Event area. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or items in kind. Organiser reserves the right to change the gift at its discretion to another gift(s) of similar or lesser value without any prior notice.
11.
Prize Redemption Procedure
The Prize must be redeemed by the Winners themselves at the Prize Redemption Venue on 14 December 2015 from 10.00am to 10.30pm (“Redemption Deadline”). Winners will have to present the Notification, identification card and their HSBC credit card for verification and validation before the Prize is released. If the Prize is not redeemed by the Redemption Deadline or the holder of the wristband fails to be at the Event area on the Meet & Greet Date, The Prize shall automatically be void.

Centre Court, Mid Valley Megamall, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13.
Submission Agreement
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its subsidiaries, representatives, servants, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or in connection with this Contest and the entries submitted in respect of: (i) violation of any third party rights, including defamation charges; or (ii) any unauthorised disclosure and/or access to any personally identifiable information of the mother and/or child; or (iii) the Participant’s breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Contest, the terms and conditions of the Mid Valley Megamall Facebook Page, or of any law, code or regulation. Additionally, Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Organiser may, in its sole discretion, display the screenshot of submitted entries, in any manner whatsoever, whole or in part, distorted in character, form, or otherwise, in Mid Valley Megamall’s website and Facebook page. Decision of the Organiser in relation to the Contest and/or the entries submitted shall be final and conclusive.
14.
Additional Terms, if any
A Contestant is deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Mid Valley Megamall website and Facebook Page and the Personal Data Protection Clause and all applicable laws before submitting an entry or participating in the Contest.
