Hightech Europe Food innovation from labs to market: Future European organisation for knowledge and technology transfer WORKSHOP BY HIGHTECH EUROPE, SIDE-EVENT OF THE EFFoST CONFERENCE · 20 NOVEMBER 2012, MONTPELLIER, FRANCE The HighTech Europe Network of Excellence comprises 21 industrial and research partners from all over Europe as well as one research institute from Australia. The overall intention of the network is to promote knowledge and innovation transfer to food markets, on the European territory. The project’s aim is to establish a European Institute for Food Processing (Eu-IFP).

ProgramME

The workshop will take up the aspects of knowledge and technology transfer in the food domain, and will debate about the most efficient ways to match research results with industrial requirements in a changing European context.
