Hold-o-Mat Oven with Core Temperature Probe You can now control the temperature of the cooking chamber by using the temperature core probe during three stages (pulling the food, curing the meat and conservation) using preset programs. This creates a higher yield from raw materials, decreased operating costs and as a result, savings on both energy consumption and time.
