PEAK CHARGES Due to an increase in demand during the holiday season, events booked after Nov. 25 for our peak dates are subject to an additional service fee. With a significant increase in volume on these days, this fee will allow us to accommodate for additional rental items, vehicles and staff in order to fulfill your event with the level of service you expect and that we consistently provide throughout the year. Therefore, we strongly encourage all hosts and clients to book their holiday parties as far in advance as possible. For those who must book after Nov. 25 but wish to avoid the holiday peak pricing, we will work with you to select a day that is not affected by the increase.
