Holiday Tree Pickup Information City of Waukesha Public Works crews will pick up holiday trees set out at the curb in the month of January (as time permits – plowing and other projects may take priority).
Pickup will begin January 2nd, 2017. There is not a set route schedule. Pickup schedules depend on time and other circumstances. Trees will be picked in the month of January ONLY.
RULES: 1) Residents may set out real holiday trees ONLY. Absolutely NO wreaths, artificial trees should be included with the set out. Those items may be put in with the regular trash. 2) Trees MUST be free of lighting, decorations, tree stands or any other object. 3) Trees should NOT be in bags, twine or netting.
Drop-Off Center: Residents may also bring their trees to the Drop-Off Center (750 Sentry Dr.) during open public hours (Saturdays 8 – 4) for no charge during the month of January.
