Chairman’s Report I wrote in my Annual Report last year, that despite the difficult economic situation, Age UK Oldham faced the future with confidence. Although there have been challenges to overcome during the last twelve months, we have continued to move forward. There has been an impact from the cuts made to public spending by the Government, with our local council forced to reduce the contribution they were able to make to the wellbeing of our older people. These days, there has to be a much greater degree of difficulty in coping with everyday Jill Read - Chairman living before help can be provided by any local authority or any health service. This makes it even more important that voluntary bodies such as ourselves can continue to flourish. The “Men in Sheds” project remains a success and it is being extended to the Saddleworth area. Some older men find it difficult to maintain the level of social contact that they enjoyed when younger and this provides the opportunity to exercise their skills and to make new friends. We have been able to add one more shop, an important addition when the income from our shops plays an important role in financing our services. The George Street Chapel restoration is now nearing its end and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors in the near future to a building we can be proud of. We are grateful to all those who have had a hand in the work and who have faithfully carried out our plans for the Chapel. The build has been financed by a grant from the National Lottery and money from the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation. Yvonne and her team worked hard to secure this funding and the quality of the bid submitted was outstanding. Once again, it has been a pleasure to chair the Board of Directors. We are all committed to Age UK Oldham and to doing all we can to support older people of the Borough. We are grateful to all those volunteers who give their time and energy in so many ways. The value in money terms is enormous! We also appreciate how fortunate we are to have so many generous people to keep our shops stocked with all manner of goods. This year we are encouraging people to gift aid their donations as we shall then have an extra 25% of their value from the Government – a real chance to increase our income. I cannot conclude without saying how fortunate we are in having such dedicated staff whose enthusiasm and forward thinking means that we continue to make progress at a time when our services are needed more than ever. It is a privilege to work with them.

Chief Executive’s Report It’s no secret that our society is growing older, with the numbers of people aged over 65 set to rise by over 50% in the next 25 years. We often forget that our ageing society is a feat of modern medicine – many of us are living longer and healthier than ever before bringing challenges and opportunities. In Oldham today there are 33,100 people aged 65 and over and this is projected to increase to 44,700 people by 2022. At Age UK Oldham we think that living longer is something to celebrate as is the changing lifestyle of retirement bringing with it new interests and opportunities.

Yvonne Lee - Chief Executive

However an increasing ageing population does have challenges. In the UK by 2020 there will be nearly 2.7 million people aged 75+ with at least one limiting long term illness, and people living an average of 7-9 years at the end of their lives with a disability. The impact of this is more demand for our services and this is why we really appreciate the support of our partners, donors and volunteers. At Age UK Oldham we carry out lots of activities to improve later life – we campaign, we fundraise, we offer products and services which benefit a wide spectrum of our population as some of the challenges faced by older people include a range of interrelated problems, such as living on a low fixed income, poor housing, declining health and a need for social care. Not everyone has friends and family around them and often, it is the small practical things that can make a difference – a phone call from a volunteer to check on a vulnerable older person who lives alone, extra support if weather prevents an older person going to the shops or staying warm or small jobs that assist independence, prevent trips and slips and ensure people feel safe and comfortable in their homes. Having more fit, active, engaged older people than ever before who can carry on sharing their experience and knowledge, as well as making substantial contributions through employment, volunteering and caring can only be a good thing and our intergenerational work carries this message to younger generations. There have been cuts in local funding but we are treating these as opportunities to provide innovative solutions here in Oldham for older people. Our “Men in Sheds” is a good example of a more cost effective preventative service whereby with encouragement from our staff, men come together to support each other and enjoy life to the full rather than be a recipient of the more traditional care system.

Befriending Service Head Office: 0161 633 0213

Befriending is available to older people who don’t see people or go out as much as they would like. A volunteer befriender visits the older person in their own home. They also offer encouragement to get out more, to join in with activities and access local services and resources. Visitors are DBS checked and no charge is made. We have two befriending services available: Our Home Visiting Service offers friendship and companionship to older people, especially those living alone or who are housebound. We do this by matching a registered volunteer with an older person who would benefit from a friendship and they spend time together on a weekly basis. Our In–Touch telephone service will provide a weekly friendly call to keep us in touch with those people awaiting a volunteer befriender. This is a fantastically rewarding volunteering opportunity where you get to see firsthand the real difference your time makes. Text Santa this year supported Age UK and we were invited to appear on the Jeremy Kyle Christmas Show 2012. ITV gave our volunteer befriender Ann a fabulous seven night trip to New York in thanks for the friendship and dedication she gives to her befriendee Phoebe each week. It was a wonderful opportunity to be featured on the show to portray and recognise the work our befrienders do. This year we also set up a new ‘Churches Caring Together’ project to ensure older people referred to Age UK Oldham’s Befriending Service are linked with a friend and have someone to spend time with each week and no longer spend months waiting. Thanks to Oldham Churches Together we can now reach more older people and ease the loneliness and isolation they experience. Our befriending service was assessed by the Befriending and Mentoring Foundation and we passed with flying colours. We now hold an Approved Provider Standard Award from the Foundation.

New arrangements for Annual Monitoring Reviews for those people who are living in care homes in the borough of Oldham. Age UK Oldham has been selected by Oldham Adult Social Care to provide the Annual Monitoring and Review Service for those people living in care homes in the Oldham area. The annual review process will continue to be a statutory requirement to protect and underpin the individual quality of care for individuals who are living in care homes and Age UK Oldham will continue to follow the national regulatory framework for this process and work alongside the local authority in line with policies and statutory procedures. The review process will be carried out to the same high standard but will now be independently managed and staffed by Age UK Oldham. The team has established links with specific statutory groups from Oldham Council and Pennine Care Community Health Services which provides a forum to address any unresolved issues arising from the reviews carried out and also to share information with a multi-disciplinary team. This group is clearly beneficial for those people who are living in care and adds an additional network of support and protection for residents. Care providers have been responsive to the changes to the review system and welcomed our independent status and support.

Choosing The Right Care

Head Office: 0161 633 0213, Direct Line: 0161 622 9333 2 Lord Street, Oldham OL1 3EY / Open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Independent information and practical support service for older people, or their relatives/carers, who may need any help to find suitable care options and assistance to access services in the Oldham area. We can supply full details on care homes, including costs, facilities, inspection reports and bed availability. Alternatively, we can provide you with information on Individual Budgets and community based and domiciliary services which could help to support you to stay living independently. Find out about the financial implications of care options and how the charging criteria for services is applied. We can offer full practical support and, where appropriate, suitable transport and accompanied visits to view care settings and services. You can make an appointment with one of our experienced advisers or have access to our library of information, including detailed fact sheets which cover all aspects of care and the legal requirements. Alternatively, if you require one to one support we will work alongside your social worker and /or family. The service is free, impartial and independent. We can explain your options so that you can make your own decision about the services you receive. We are constantly looking to improve our service delivery and to adapt to the changing social care climate. This year we have relocated the service to link with our other Information, Support and Advice Services which are now based in our new Lord Street Information Centre - providing easier access for older people and creating a one stop information and support point. For those people who are unable to use our Information Centre we have been working with the statutory sector to look at providing information, support and care options at the earliest stage for older people. This has seen the first development between Age UK Oldham and the NHS short stay unit at Butler Green where we are providing outreach sessions to support and inform older people who are awaiting discharge from the unit to help them to continue to live independently in the community.

Home and Care Falls and Injury Prevention Exercise Scheme and Next Steps Head Office: 0161 633 0213, Direct Line: 0161 770 4478 A tailored exercise programme designed to assist those who have experienced falls or are at risk of falling. Our falls prevention exercise scheme is designed to get those who have fallen back on their feet and prevent further falls by improving balance, co-ordination, muscular strength, flexibility and confidence. ‘Next Steps’ are continuation classes which ‘bridge the gap’ between Falls Prevention classes and the mainstream exercise classes we deliver in partnership with Oldham Community Leisure at the sports centre and community based settings. To access the service people are referred by a physiotherapist who completes a full assessment at the request of the persons GP.

Recent changes have been made to streamline the service with all people now being referred to the exercise scheme by physiotherapists. This is a positive development ensuring that all clients have a multi-factorial assessment before starting the classes. We are also working with the Falls Physiotherapist on two pilots for falls class clients. Clients complete OTAGO exercises supervised by the physiotherapy staff at home and attend one class a week with the trained postural stability instructors through Age UK Oldham. The Next Steps service has undergone a full review in which Oldham produced a report for the Clinical Commissioning Group on Falls and Osteoporosis Prevention and Services for older people in Oldham. With the recommendations from this report, we are working towards changing the current service with both the Falls and Injury Prevention Exercise Scheme and Next Steps combining to enable clients to attend up to 9 months of classes on a weekly basis.

Life Story and Log On Head Office: 0161 633 0213

The project produces Life Story books for residents living in care homes across the borough, helping carers and care staff to understand the person they are working with and provide care that is individual and specific to their needs and wishes. Our volunteers spend time visiting care home residents to learn about their life and their preferences. Our group of IT volunteers then compile the information into printed books adding photographs and images to bring the story to life. Now that more people with dementia and long term health conditions are enabled to live independently in the community with support, we are working alongside community services and housing providers to develop our project in the community. Life story books stay with an individual throughout their life and can be shared with family, friends and care staff who help to support them. They can be added to along the way and are a key resource where people do move into residential or nursing care. We have continued to work with staff in our day centres and also introduced life story work into our enhanced lunch club service. We have also worked with care home staff, linking with our ‘Home not Away’ project. This means that more of our life stories are being produced with the help of care staff who can get to know their residents better and gain valuable experience and knowledge to contribute to their NVQ qualification. The project was used as an example of good practice in enhancing dignity for older people at an Age UK Friends & Forums regional conference. We also promote life story work through our involvement in Oldham’s life story steering group and a research advisory group at York University. Our group of 38 visiting and typing volunteers work hard to create an heirloom to be cherished. Our life story team produced 65 life story books during 2012-2013.

Minor Adaptations Direct Line: 0161 622 9277

Age UK Oldham work on behalf of Oldham Council providing minor adaptations to the people of Oldham. A minor adaptation to the home can have a huge impact on the safety and wellbeing of disabled or older people. We cover a wide range of adaptations from simple grab rails and stair rails to external rails and steps. We also provide adaptations for improved access within the property in bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The occupational therapist will assess a person’s environment and prescribe a range of minor adaptations in order to restore or enable independent living, privacy, confidence and dignity for individuals and their families. If a person has not been prescribed an adaptation from an occupational therapist, they can still have one fitted via our HandyVan service.

All our Assessors are trained to signpost people to other preventative and leisure services. We continue to work with Occupational Therapists and are flexible to assist with same day installations to aid hospital discharges. We are now also installing emergency installations to the Macmillan team. Last year we received requests for 1078 jobs of which 997 jobs were successfully completed. Through ongoing monitoring via customer quality questionnaires, we are assured of the client’s satisfaction and improvement to their wellbeing; helping to restore or enable independent living, privacy, confidence and dignity.

Choir

Head Office: 0161 633 0213 Clock Community Café, 2 Ellesmere Street, Failsworth, M35 9AD Our singing for pleasure group is called Autumn Leaves and meets each Monday afternoon from 2pm – 4pm at the Clock Café, Failsworth. Anyone can join, just call us and come along. So many people tell us “I used to enjoy singing, but I can’t sing nowadays.” Our response is always the same: ‘Come along to our group, and just “sing for pleasure”.’ As we get older, our voices do change - no longer can we hit that high, hold a note for a couple of bars, sing as fast as in our youth - but that’s no reason to deprive yourself of something you enjoy! As well as performing at various care homes, churches and residential homes, the choir has grown thanks to the addition of new members and enjoyed weekly sessions at our Clock Café in Failsworth. Sadly we have lost two members this year, both ladies had been members since the choir started and will be missed.

We have gained a reputation for making the best cheese and onion pie for miles around! Out and About

George Street Chapel Project

Head Office: 0161 633 0213 / 58 George Street, Oldham OL1 1LS George Street Chapel, situated in the centre of Oldham, was built in 1815 and is historically important as one of the first chapels ever described as ‘Independent Methodist’. With HLF support, Age UK Oldham has almost completed the rescue and restoration of the building creating a new centre that will tell the story of the chapel and its congregation, its cellar dwellings and their inhabitants, alongside the social history of Oldham. This charismatic and innovative heritage resource will provide a base for Age UK Oldham’s ongoing work with local people of all ages, including its intergenerational projects. To sustain the chapel financially its use as a heritage resource will be combined with a commercial venture. With the physical work on the chapel finished, we have begun the fitting-out to tell its stories and make it ready for its use as a venue for functions, conferences, weddings, schools’ education and a heritage attraction. We plan to open to visitors in April 2014 but are already set to take bookings from schools, businesses, other organisations and individuals looking for a venue for almost any purpose.

2013 has been a landmark year for our George Street Chapel project. Almost 200 years since the Chapel opened it has been restored to its former glory ready for a new future as an events venue and heritage asset for the town. The physical restoration works have been completed on time and on budget. The historic organ has been restored and once again will be heard at events as part of a faithful interpretation of the Chapel originally built by its parishioners. We are very grateful to those volunteers who came together as ‘Friends of George Street Chapel’ and have been responsible for thousands of hours of research into the history of the building as well as into the life and times of the people who built, used and cared for it. All this will be interpreted as part of the new chapel experience. We are grateful for the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund who have provided a grant of £1m and vital financial contributions also from the Andrew Lloyd Webber Fund and Viridor.

Get Going Together

Direct Line: 0161 622 9257, Head Office: 0161 633 0213 Age UK Oldham, alongside Age UKs Cheshire, Coventry, Leicester, Shire and Rutland and South Tyneside have won funding from GlaxoSmithKline for a 3-year project aiming to tackle health inequalities and improve health outcomes for older people with long-term health conditions. The project will aim to increase levels of physical activity and raise awareness about longterm conditions and how people can proactively maintain and improve their own health. This will include providing more opportunities for people aged 50 and over to take part in activity, making physical activity accessible for stroke survivors, people who have dementia and their carers, people from minority ethnic communities and others with long-term health conditions. Charges may apply to this service.

We have been to Torremolinos this year.

Home Not Away Service

Direct Line: 0161 622 9313, Head Office: 0161 633 0213 Opportunities for the over 50s who are living in care homes or retirement / sheltered housing developments, attending day centres, lunch clubs, or other community groups to get involved in gentle exercise and social activity programmes. Regular exercise and social activity can help older people to prolong their independence and confidence helping them to get the most out of life. All sessions are designed to meet specific needs of individuals and are delivered by fully trained Age UK Oldham staff. Groups can take up our offer of up to four free taster sessions giving the opportunity for you to try the service out and pick up some great ideas to develop your own programme. We will support and offer on-site mentoring where staff or group leaders will be helped to identify, deliver and evaluate programmes of activity. Or alternatively you can purchase sessions on a contractual basis from Age UK Oldham. All sessions include equipment, resources and a lot of fun! Home Not Away has delivered sessions to over 900 older people, with an average age of 83, in 30 care homes. In addition to providing activity sessions the service has been involved in supporting care staff to emulate our practice and to be equipped to provide appropriate stimulation for older people with dementia who are placed in their care. In 2012 our service was involved in the training and support of 40 Dementia Dignity Champions for Care Services. An initiative aimed at providing all care settings with a trained dementia lead. Their final day of training was spent working alongside our team for us to share our ideas and successful approaches with our delivery of social stimulation. The project is having a lasting impact and has built sound partnerships with social services and care providers. Following training and on-going support some care homes are able to continue their own programme of activity after our involvement ends, others have contracted with Age UK Oldham to provide a continual service at a modest charge to cover costs of delivery and equipment.

Intergenerational Projects Head Office: 0161 633 0213

Older people are a great asset to our schools and community and AgeApart projects promote a greater respect between generations. We purposefully bring together older and younger generations to promote greater understanding between them. We encourage older people to play an active part in the lives of children in schools across the Borough. Older people have skills, talents, knowledge and experience which, with appropriate opportunity, can be valued by the young. We deliver a wide range of projects to all Primary and Senior schools in Oldham improving community cohesion, positive learning and understanding between young and old.

Along with direct school projects such as Age Exchange and our Together Steady Cook Project we have also linked with groups of young people to provide and support new and on-going projects. North Chadderton School 6th Form worked hard to fundraise to give older people a Christmas afternoon tea in school –we took along volunteers, residents from local care homes and sheltered accommodation who all enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the lovely new school in Chadderton. Radclyffe school for the second year invited us along to a lovely afternoon tea and Christmas concert. We took along 40 older people who had a wonderful time and again enjoyed the company of students and staff. Newman College opened their new school on Broadway and happily provided lunch and entertainment to 70 older people at our over 60’s centre. Working with young people has always been positive for us, this year the young people of Oldham have been exceptional.

Head Office: 0161 633 0213 One to one technology support for older people to assist in the use of computers, cameras, mobile phones and other forms of technology. This service is pre booked and held in the head office every Wednesday. The ability to use such technologies allows better communication and access to information for older people. Charges apply to this service. After the success of last year’s Computer Taster Week, this gap in the market was highlighted by older people themselves and our IT & Biscuits sessions expanded from a taster session to a weekly session with our IT Advisor. The service has proven very popular with a steady stream of customers being able to improve on their technological skills.

Lunch Clubs

Head Office: 0161 633 0213, Direct Line: 0161 622 9261 The aim of the enhanced lunch club service is to combat social isolation by providing the opportunity for older people to meet and make new friends, join in a variety of activities and eat a healthy, home cooked 3 course meal with their peers, as its just not fun eating a meal alone. The enhanced lunch club model enables people who require a little assistance to access this service as carers are available to offer support – all for just £4.00! (Cost subject to change) For an application form please contact Head Office. Locations and days are listed below: St Paul’s Royton - Monday Downey House Church St, Royton

Chadderton - Wednesday The Over 60’s Club, Broadway, Chadderton

Trinity Royton - Tuesday Trinity Methodist Church, Radcliffe Street, Royton

Hathershaw - Thursday St Pauls Court Sheltered Housing Complex Ashton Rd, Oldham

Trevarrick Court - Tuesday Trevarrick Court, Greenwood Street, Greenacres, Oldham

Shaw - Friday St Paul’s Methodist Church, Rochdale Road, Shaw

Springhead - Wednesday Springlees Court, Oldham Road Springhead, Oldham

Sunday Lunch Club - Sunday The Clock Café, 2 Ellesmere St, Failsworth

The Enhanced luncheon service has been developing since April 2012. Twelve months on this service remains an important part of the preventative agenda. During a recent audit it was identified that 39% of clients from 290 places require assistance whilst attending this service. A large proportion of the 39% are living with various levels of dementia. Anecdotal evidence shows the luncheon club improves confidence and helps to combat social isolation. Through the formation of relationships, staff have been able to provide information about and encourage members to pursue outside social activities as well as signposting them to organisations who can provide them with advice and support for other aspects of their lives such as care, benefits, finance etc. 25

Men in Sheds

Failsworth: 0161 682 4747, Greenfield: 07725 212 660 Greenfield: Satellite Centre , Wellington Road, Greenfield, Oldham OL3 7AL Failsworth: Charles House, Albert Street West, Failsworth M35 OSJ

A concept originally developed in Australia, Men in Sheds aims to reduce isolation among men over 55 and improve their health and wellbeing. The workshop (shed) is fully equipped with tools and materials to refurbish furniture and make bespoke items such as bird tables, planters and wooden toys etc. The project is open to men who have faced significant changes in their life such as redundancy, bereavement, unemployment, disability and health related problems. The aim is to provide friendship and a sense of belonging through positive and therapeutic activities and sharing experiences with other men. The project also provides an opportunity for men in later life to access information on benefits, health advice and other services which they might not otherwise seek out. Men will be able to attend the project for an initial 6 month period. Age UK Oldham has two ‘sheds’, one in Failsworth and one in Greenfield. If you or someone you know would like to take part in our Men in Sheds project, you can either contact Dave Freear, Project Co-ordinator, directly on 0161 682 4747 or Social Services on 0161 770 1515 to receive a referral. There is a small charge for this service.

26

Out and About

Funded by the Local Authority using a percentage of the savings realised by the closure of a Day Care service, this new project began in September 2012. The shed is a wellequipped and professionally run workshop. Alongside developing social links, we use unobtrusive ways to present health information by the way of access to the internet, information hubs and on review we encourage men over 60 to book an MOT at the doctors surgery. Referrals are received from a range of people - social workers, support worker, wardens, mental health team etc. All men are assessed and a full risk assessment is in place before they participate in a project. Reviews are held every three and six months. When we first opened the shed it was unclear what type of men we would attract, what has transpired is that although there are some men who are just socially isolated and whom we will be able to move on to other opportunities at the end of a six month period, there are some who have more complex needs that we are having to consider. Due to the popularity of the project, a second shed has been opened in Greenfield.

Online at Home

Head Office: 0161 633 0213 Age UK Oldham received 28 reconditioned laptops from Age UK to be set up in older people’s homes for a period of 6 months. Each older person was linked with a volunteer who assists them in learning various aspects of IT. At the end of this time each older person can choose to purchase the laptop or return it to Age UK Oldham for it to be used again for another person.

OLGBT Group

Head Office: 0161 633 0213 Our ‘Out And About’ friendship group is for the older lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community in Oldham. We meet regularly for meetings and social events; bringing people together for friendship and lots of laughter. We realise that walking into a meeting for the first time can be intimidating. If people would like to arrange to be met before the meeting, email or telephone us in advance and we will do our best to meet them. We meet at venues in Chadderton and Oldham each week. This year we set up a NEW group and welcomed more friends from the older GLBT community here in Oldham. We now have a social group busily planning events, activities and most importantly making friends. 27

Slimmin’ without Women Head Office: 0161 633 0213

We entered Oldham’s Dragons’ Den to obtain funding for this new project from Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group’s Innovations Fund. This is a new service aimed at men who would never attend a mainstream slimming club or join a gym. Slimmin’ without Women is set up in a male orientated environment and will give men aged 50+ opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing and encourage them to lose weight, get fitter and make small changes to improve their health. A small charge applies to this service.

Volunteering Service Head Office: 0161 633 0213

Age UK Oldham could not make the tremendous difference to the lives of people in later life and their carers without the continued help and support of our volunteers. We have 230 volunteers who come from all walks of life. They are aged from 18 to 95 and are representative of the communities we serve. Our volunteers bring their wealth of experience, commitment and ‘can do’ attitude to the valuable services we deliver. We understand that people have different reasons for offering their time, so we aim to engage volunteers in roles that are of interest to them and support them with appropriate training and guidance. All our volunteers are reimbursed for all out of pocket expenses. Volunteering gives you a chance to change lives… including your own! Age UK Oldham needs volunteer befrienders, carers, drivers, leisure hosts, life story workers and shop assistants to support our services. New volunteers are always welcome and greatly appreciated in a variety of roles – please telephone for more information. This last year new volunteering opportunities have arisen due to several new services being set up. This included Men in Sheds, Craft Club and IT & Biscuits. This allows a wider spectrum of people with varied interests to become part of Age UK Oldham’s valued network of volunteers, enriching their own lives and those of older people in the borough.

Our shops generate income and provide reasonably priced clothes, accessories and household goods to the local community. A Retail Manager leads a team of dedicated staff along with over 120 highly appreciated volunteers. Turnover increased again throughout the year raising a massive £384,370 for our charity, a rise of £22,000 from the previous financial year. To address risks in our business plan we are constantly evolving and have successfully progressed to Sunday trading in three of our shops and may extend this to other sites if opportunities arise. We will also be extending trade by opening another shop in Huddersfield Road Precinct very shortly. We have relocated our Shaw Shop to achieve better working conditions for staff and volunteers. Recently we have started to implement a new online till system. A great bonus of this system is gift aid which will raise more funds for our charity. 29

Financial Review

Financial Review Much of the charity’s income comes from providing services to the public sector. This year the cuts from the Local Authority are beginning to bite significantly and it is to the credit of the staff and management of the Charity that we find that it is holding its own by identifying new services to provide and being awarded the work. This process will continue for a period to come. It is important that we do not subsidise those services that should be provided from the public sector and our resources are directed at other innovative activities. There has been a slight utilisation of the Charity’s funds this year of about £44,000 reducing our reserves by this amount. This was anticipated. Again management have been able to secure outside funding for many of the initiatives that have been undertaken in the year. Trading income, with the exception of shops, has fallen back in the year. This reflects us no longer having More Mobile and lower insurance activity in what is a competitive market for these items. The George Street Chapel project has been underway in the year, much of the expenditure will however take place in the forthcoming year. The liquid reserves remain healthy and are sufficient to meet the Charity’s current needs and should there be the requirement to pare back on services in the event of a loss in funding then they are sufficient to do so. A free copy of our audited annual accounts is available upon request. Stuart Bailey Treasurer
