HON 2016 NEOCON SOCIAL MEDIA DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Eligibility: The HON 2016 NeoCon Social Media Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by The HON Company LLC (“HON”). To participate in the Drawing, an individual must have an active Facebook account (personal or business) and be either a legal resident of the Continental United States at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, or a resident of a province of Canada, except Quebec, at least nineteen (19) years old at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of HON, its affiliates and their respective immediate family members are not Eligible Entrants. Entries submitted by sweepstakes aggregators, a bot, or similar methods are not valid or an Eligible Entrant. There is no purchase necessary to enter. By participating in the Drawing, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HON, which shall be final on all matters. Time Period: Eligible Entrants can enter the Drawing from 8:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, June 13, 2016 through 6:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. (“Drawing Period”). HON is the official time keeper for the Drawing. How To Enter: During the Drawing Period, Eligible Entrants who share one or more photos published by HON on HON’s official Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/honcompany) with “#BeHON” included in the caption to another personal or business Facebook page will be entered in the Drawing. An Eligible Entrant may share more than one photo but each Eligible Entrant will only be allowed one (1) entry. Prizes; Selection of Winners: Prizes include (3) Polaroid Z2300 Cameras with Zink Zero Ink Printing Technology, 50 Film Sheet Pack and 32GB Memory Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is US$216.97. Total ARV of all prizes is $650.91. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. HON reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. HON will pay for the cost of shipping a prize to the winner’s address in the Continental United States or Canada. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. After the end of the Drawing Period, HON will randomly draw three (3) entries from Eligible Entrants. The winners will be announced in a Facebook status update on HON’s official Facebook page on Monday, June 27, 2016. The winners need not be actively online to win and will be formally notified via a private message on Facebook. Before being declared a winner, each Canadian entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by mail, email or telephone. The
winners will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Release”) showing compliance with these Official Rules and allowing HON to use information about the winner for advertising and other purposes without payment or consideration. The winners will need to sign and return the Release to HON within ten (10) days of the date it is sent. If the winners do not do so, the winners forfeit the prize. In the event a winner is disqualified for any reason, HON will draw a winner from the remaining Eligible Entrants. After 5 forfeiture drawings, the prize will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entrants who during the Drawing Period share photos from HON’s official Facebook page to their own personal or business Facebook pages with “#BeHON” included in the caption. Eligible Entrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from Eligible Entrants is subject to HON’s Privacy Policy located at http://www.hon.com/Privacy-Policy.aspx. General Conditions: HON reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing or these Official Rules, including if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention or other factors beyond HON’s control impair the administration, security or fairness of the Drawing. HON reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or impairs the administration, security or fairness of the Drawing. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Release; Limitations of Liability: This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Each participant releases Facebook from any and all claims related to this Drawing. HON, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees and shareholders are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by an Eligible Entrant; (2) technical failures; (3) unauthorized human intervention; or (4) lost, late, incomplete or unintelligible entries. Disputes: Each participant in the Drawing agrees: (1) all disputes related to this Drawing will be heard only in courts located in Scott or Muscatine Counties in Iowa, (2) to be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts, and (3) any judgments or awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs but will not include attorneys' fees, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages. These Official Rules are governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Iowa without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
