Hospitality Sales Administrator Leopardstown Racecourse Leopardstown Racecourse is now seeking to recruit a Hospitality Sales Administrator to assist the Hospitality team in providing excellent customer service to patrons of Leopardstown Racecourse. Key Responsibilities Capture and process all hospitality sales enquiries and orders Process, record and administer various ticket types Conduct telesales campaigns in the run up to race day events Perform specific race day related tasks including customer and caterer liaison Actively sell and administer other Leopardstown products as required Offer exceptional customer service both on the phone and to all visitors to Leopardstown Racecourse Provide strong administration support to the Hospitality team The Successful Candidate will have Experience in a customer facing role with excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong experience of Microsoft Office packages coupled with database management skills. Flexibility in relation to working hours and experience in working as part of a team. An interest in horse racing will be an advantage.
