Welcome to Hospitality Works, an exciting national initiative led by the British Hospitality Association (BHA) in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions which will take place throughout all Jobcentres in January 2016. The BHA is a forum for leading businesses in the UK hospitality and tourism industry, serving and representing over 40,000 private sector establishments. We are the voice of UK hospitality & tourism championing interests of hotels, restaurants, caterers, serviced apartments, clubs & attractions. Working with industry and government together, we aim to deliver three goals:

competitive advantage for our country

sustainable growth for our industry

and valuable new jobs for our people

There is a unanimous view amongst the BHA members that we are ready to celebrate the hospitality and tourism industry for what it is; a customer focused industry that rewards hard working employees who demonstrate teamwork and deliver great service. Our ‘high-service’ businesses support 4.49 million jobs in the UK.
