Invite Award Recipients: Your club’s award recipients may not be in a position to join Soroptimist so invite them to join Live Your Dream instead—it’s free for everyone! The online community is a great way to engage them in the Soroptimist mission and connect them with a network of other people who want to help women and girls to live their dreams. In addition, award recipients can share their story or find inspiration and helpful tips by reading the Aspire section of LiveYourDream.org, which contains articles on women’s health, careers, finances, and lifestyles. Or perhaps they chose to give back to the community by participating in one of Soroptimist’s programs. Introducing Live Your Dream to your award recipients is a win‐win for all!

EVENTS Participate in International Women’s Day celebration: March 8 is International Women’s Day—the day we celebrate the many accomplishments of women worldwide. This year, LiveYourDream.org invites you to participate in its Buy a Brick, Build a Dream campaign, which kicks off March 8 and ends March 31. Buy a virtual brick in honor of a special woman or girl in your life, while supporting our programs that help women and girls around the world to live their dreams. http://bit.ly/LYD_InternationalWomensDay Participate in the Live Your Dream Art Contest: The Soroptimist Live Your Dream Art Contest is a creative and fun way for children to celebrate the accomplishments of women around the world. Pictures of the finalists in each category will be posted on the Live Your Dream Facebook page throughout the month of February (one category per week). The artwork with the most “likes” in each category will signify the winner.
