  Position Head of Marketing About Guildery is a new online service that makes it easy to get a color coordinated look for home. The company curates exclusive patterns from leading artists, then produces high quality, digitally-printed textiles and home decorating accessories. The Guildery platform also provides a turnkey solution for design businesses to transform their designs into products and market them. Guildery was co-founded by two repeat entrepreneurs and is well funded by Forerunner Ventures, Cowboy Ventures, SoftTech, and AOL’s BBG Ventures. Description The Head of Marketing will be responsible for initiating and executing marketing across all key areas, including customer acquisition, branding, content development, email marketing, social media, tech marketing integrations, and analytics. This position will have the opportunity to develop a brand and comprehensive marketing plan from the ground up. The Head of Marketing will take ownership of execution and results, and provide recommendations for growing a team. This position will report to the CEO and will have direct impact on the strategic direction of the company. The Head of Marketing will have relevant experience in Home or similar lifestyle industries, and will have an eye for design. Primary Responsibilities • •

Customer Acquisition – Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across platforms, including SEM, SEO and all paid channels. Analyze results and provide recommendations. Email Marketing – Create and execute email campaigns, leveraging best-in-class automation and personalization practices. Make recommendations and oversee technical projects involving email enhancements. Employ CRM strategies, set goals and execute against those goals. B2B Marketing + Business Development - Collaborate with trade marketing team to augment our direct mail, trade show, and retail opportunities. Drive collaborations and licensing partnerships with leading designers and brands. Financial Modeling and Analytics – Own the revenue model and forecasts across customer segments, including budget and attribution model. Develop quantifiable goals and execute against them. Collaborate with CEO on projections. Social Media - Develop and manage social media content creation, production, and execution, as well as manage interactions on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz & YouTube. Marketing Project Management – Own new releases of tech marketing launches on our site and special promotions, including interfacing with technical team. Creative Oversight- Ensure our marketing materials are produced on-brand and at the quality expected of an aspirational lifestyle brand Be a team player and be willing to take on tasks as needed by the company during our rapid growth

Requirements • • • • • • • • •

4-8 years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in managing and executing a customer acquisition plan Direct experience with email marketing and paid advertising Demonstrable experience with successful online brand building Comfort building financial models and forecasts A passion for design and strong sense of style Creativity and ability to craft a story around a brand or product Industry experience with wholesale/retail channels a plus Superior writing and communication skills, and equally comfortable in Excel Strong leadership capabilities and a desire to build a business Independent, self-starter and entrepreneurial
