Visit Capalaba Central Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CapalabaCentral/ and enter the competition from the Nickleby Magic Set Competition Post 2. Like and Comment “Nickleby The Magician” on the Facebook Competition post. Duration of Competition The competition opens at 1:00pm Monday 27 June 2016 and closes 3:00pm Friday 1 July 2016. Conditions of Entry 1. Information on ‘How to Enter” forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. 2. Entrants may only enter the competition once. 3. Promotion is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years of age only. 4. Comments received after the close date 3:00pm Friday 1 July 2016 will not be considered. 5. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected comments. 6. Likes and Comments must be posted on the competition post to be considered. 7. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of comments and to disqualify any person who tampers with the competition process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry. The prize pool has a total value of $100.00 and consists of 3 (three) individual winners who will receive 1 (one) Magic Set. 2. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this competition remains the sole responsibility of the supplier of the purchased goods and services. Winner Determination 1. The prize winner will be drawn at 3:00pm Friday 1 July 2016 at Capalaba Central, Centre management office, 38-62 Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba, QLD 4157. 2. 3 (three) prize winners will be determined via an online random draw on Woobox from the pool of eligible entries on Facebook. 3. The Promoters decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into. 4. The prize winners name will be published on the Capalaba Central Facebook page within 72 hours of the close of the competition. 5. The winners need not be present at the draw. If despite every reasonable effort the winner of a prize cannot be contacted, the prize will be retained for one month. At the end of one month being Saturday 30 July 2016 if the prize remains unclaimed, there will be a redraw. 6.
